Culture of the company. My director is very supportive and cooperative.

I want work with an organisation where I can grow my skills. But M.k management is one of a small organization here I don't think so any growth opportunity available .Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salry .

Work Details

Job is quite interesting.. I struggled a bit in thr beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste different roles within the same team
