I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I love the fact that i was a part of MIP. I learnt a lot of things from MIP.The all staff members of MIP were very trained as well as supporting.

Dislikes

The academic growth is very slow. Work pressure os very high specially at the time of admission. The admission task for each faculty is too much high i.e 26 students per staff member.

Work Details

My work is to teach the students about dosage forms i.e tablet,capsule,syrup etc. their preparation packasing, and dispencing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
