One of the most pressing issues at Mittal Brothers is the blatant disregard for employees' financial well-being. Salaries are consistently delayed, with some employees facing arrears stretching back three months. This not only creates immense financial strain but also demonstrates a lack of respect for the hard work and dedication of the workforce. Furthermore, the company's failure to make full and final settlements exacerbates the financial burden on departing employees, leaving them in limbo without the compensation they rightfully deserve. Only few peoples are genuine there rest everyone is making new employees fool and hiring after 3 months they start mental harassment to employees and then ask them to leave or suffer. Horrible organization.. Like me there are many employees who are suffering same. Very cruel management don't ever join you'll invite tensions here. There's noone or nothing to liked here.. Disgusting organization
