Need suggestion!!

Currenty have 15years experience working in Chemical/Petrochemical industry at a Japanese MNC mainly handling sales coordination, international logistics & all back office operation work, Sap entries, etc. Finding a suitable job at Kolkata with this domain is really impossible? Am trying for last 1 year but not received a single offer beyond my current CTC @ 9lakh.Pls help to understand what I am lacking??

Working with Molips like working in a home not exactly but quite. Some Managers here so friendly people here feels like elder brother when communicating with manager.It is an spectacular experience working with this company.

Company does not provide transportation for not more than 15 Km, Apart from this u will not get medical as early as possible, It will take very elongate time to sanction.

Working here i feel comfortable, If we have more production we should have to extend the shift. I can only say that good company to work. Job is 100% secure.
