Over all if I think like a kind of discrimination in work.. Even working hard also we can’t make satisfied to Japanese staff there will be some one poking in the work and some staff where i work are very rude in behavior and in talking as well if all staff would be friendly then working environment changes as well . And one more is the night shift is very long which effects human health and night shift could be short then it would be better more.....Read More
