Old company with big brand name.

Dislikes

Politics , all Senior Management staffs are highly incompetent, over paid, inefficient, unskilled . There are no working level engineers. Company continues to make loss due to its middle and top level managers. Most of the Managers/Senior Mangers/AGM/DGM/GM/SGM do not have any real work experience other than basic clerical job, approving leaves and time keeping. Most of the Engineers above Manager level are unemployable . All GM/SGM Level managers lacks basic communication skills Project Managers are coordinators and only have basic clerical skills One of the Biggest Companies in India which happens to be a client of MPW has informed the Project Manager that "You are not fit to be an engineer" and unfortunately this is a facts. The company consists of bunch of clerical staff acting like Engineers and Managers The results can be seen in the huge loss company makes year after year...Read More
