Somewhat scopes for graduate trainees. Practical things in purchase we can learn.

I worked in purchase department. It was very horrible and worst culture in purchase department to work here. Hence i left within 6 months. Purchase manager (Mahadev prasad) and NPD manager (Prashant) both are waste as they are thinking they only knows entire industry. Instead of doing work, they will always do chit chat and pointingout you and blaming simply. GET's don't join here under purchase. Mahadev prasad never let you to grow and complaining on you to management bcoz of his poor management skills....Read More
