I have been working in Mitra Academy for the past 8 years. My experience here has been noteworthy. The school is very organised in every manner. When I joined Mitra, I was new to this field, but working here has been at ease with supportive colleagues and management. I have earned plenty of valuable skills as we are offered with several learning opportunities leading to professional growth. The management recognises our calibre and we are motivated to do better. The staff here are regarded as family. The teachers here are passionate about seeing their students do well. They nurture them to the best and bring out the individual strengths in them. Hence as a parent, I was more than happy to transfer my children to Mitra. Overall, I am gratified to be associated with the school, as a staff and parent....Read More

Working environment is pathetic here. No work ethics, teachers are not dealt professionally. Extreme work pressure, unrealistic work expectations, needless documentation and paperwork. Unprofessional behavior in the work place. Leaders use offensive and abusive language. Even though you complain to higher authorities it doesn't work in any way. There is no work and life balance concept, you will loose your mental peace here. Resigning is also not a easy task, they will make your life miserable. Not a good place to work. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They retain our original certificates and documents with them. They make us sign bonds with unreasonable conditions imposed on us and if we fail to adhere to their bond they threaten to retain our original documents and admin department never answers your query neither they respond to your mails. They make you pay compensation in order to get our own certificates from them. I don't recommend this place for anyone....Read More

As the name suggests, Mitra provides a friendly environment. People at Mitra are always bursting with energy and enthusiasm which can be pretty contagious. I loved working as a kindergarten teacher and later as the kindergarten team leader. My growth from a teacher to the position of a team leader was an exciting one. Employees get an opportunity to prove themselves and earn due recognition for their work. Earned a lot of love and respect from colleagues and appreciation from my leaders and Heads. It has been a memorable journey. I completed the academic year and could not continue to render my services as I was moving out of Bengaluru. I would like to share value my relationship with Mitra Academy which was for more than 13+ years and it was a very positive experience for me as a Teacher and as a parent. I can say it has been a trusted partner for both my child and myself. I don't have any regrets of working at Mitra Academy for past 13+ years. I was a parent teacher at Mitra, actually a proud Parent, as my child was a topper in her 10th ICSE Board exams. This school Mitra Academy has provided thousands of children education not only for the sake of it but education for life. I would say " The best teacher always continues to learn and grow". This principle is followed right from our CEO Mr. Tanveer who inspires us and who will never get tired of teaching new methodologies to implement, new technology to make teaching innovative and interesting, whose initiative that was started many years ago has groomed not only students' lives but also the teachers' lives. It is the friendship that blossoms at Mitra right from the entrance of the gate, at the reception, in the lift, and in the corridors of Mitra, which will indeed be carried by the teachers into the classrooms to deliver the lessons with added values. The school has way beyond exceeded our expectations. It is the most well-run school I have worked in my 17 years in the education field, right from the supportive heads, administrative staff to the phenomenal teaching staff, it made our lives pleasant in so many ways.
