If you are on offshore project then you have very good work balance. If you are on other projects then its very very worst projects, worst manager.

Friendly environment with employees. No work pressure. Some time they give too much work n set for extra time n complete that's work

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
