Pantry facility is poor compared to large number of employees. Most of the time you will find yourself having lunch late in the afternoon. You will find yourself standing in queue for toilets as there are only 2 toilets which are occupied most of the time. Odd saturdays working. Unrealistic project deadlines, due to which, you will be even asked to come to office on non working saturdays as well as sundays. A little bit of politics by some managers affecting careers of some employees. Higher management will end up blaming you for their mistakes. Career growth is project dependent....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
