I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company has been great in providing support throughout the pandemic. There has been no salary deductions and work has been steady. Even while company has take a hit financially there has been no affects that the employees are facing in terms of salary

The salary growth is not as good as compared to other software companies. People who perform well should be compensated more
