I was informed that there will be work from home option available. However, it was ruled out later. Maybe to trouble me and kick me out.

Dislikes

The bosses don't mentor you. No induction; no organised workplace; you left to fend for yourself; lack of clear communication; disorganised; you don't know what will you be doing tomorrow; erratic planning affects your performance; no hand-holding; If you are game for the above, you free to join them. You may not have work through the day. However be ready for surprises, you may be called to deliver with in couple of hours, mandatory to work over night when work is there, mandatory to work on weekends if deliverable is on monday....all due to lack of planning on the part of your boss. He is lax so you got to suffer....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
