Its a gud working experience with them. Team mates are supportive.still they have to get into new technologies to explore new things. Their is lot of work pressure from leads.As this is my first company i enjoyed every step of learning. Their is a friendly environment inside company thats what i liked.

Mithi has a very good learning environment, everybody is helping and teach you if you don't know anything.

There is a big gap in alignment of the salary and compensation with the industry standards. Also they could be stronger focus on enhancing job security of the employees.

- for freshers there is a 3 years of service agreement, and CTC is very low and non negotiable for freshers - and there are many employees who are very skilled and have very good business knowledge(almost 7-8 years of experience at Amiti), and still are in software developer role, while they could had been solution architect for their level of intellect - promotions are not guaranteed but salary hikes are fine...Read More
