Serene Ambiance Excellent Work Space Ac Office and has good Infra Good Managers A lot of scope for self-learning due to other verticals such as Social Initiatives, Social Media, ORM, and design team members being on the same floor. Supportive Management Job security as there is no hire and fire culture here.

Dislikes

There is nothing like Upskilling, there is no training. Even if training is there is no time to attend. The main cafeteria is costly, no microwave for heating food brought from home. Tea & Coffee both were provided however, now coffee is stopped and only tea having a very average taste is provided. Could think more about staffs health.

Dear all, I never ever recommend this college for you. I am deeply disappointed to share my negative experiences with school of business at MIT-WPU. Firstly, this is a 11th, 12th college not a university. The leadership quality is very poor. This college is creating a chaotic environment for both faculty and students. The leadershipof the university is completely ignoring the actual needs, i.e. the student- faculty ratio is very bad (7k to 8k students and the faculties less than 95). They are not encouraging research at all. This will deteriorate the personal career development. Event is mandatory here in academic hour for both student and faculty. Moreover this is a desk job for a for a faculty. I will never recommend this college....Read More

MIT World Peace University is one of the best universities I have encountered. Being in the teaching industry, it isn't easy to find such courteous and humble people as I do here! Everyone, right from the cleaners to the top management is incredibly polite. The ambiance here is a cherry on the top, as it is simply mesmerizing! I look forward to continuing my service here `for as long as possible.

One potential con could be student management. The security here could be stricter, making the environment more disciplined, which is important for any university. However, there aren't many significant issues here!

Overall a decent place to work with standard academic challenges. The facilities are adequate and meet the basic needs of employees. It's definitely a place recommended to work!

This is one of the best workplaces, featuring a great team and excellent management support. Ìts, a place where everyone is heard, and ideas are valued. The atmosphere is purely focused on work without any nonsense. The technology support is top-notch. Keep up the good work MIT-WPU.

Everything at MIT-WPU is just great. It's a proud feeling to be a part of such an esteemed organization. I wish my company good luck and hope they keep up the great work in helping employees grow professionally as well as financially.

The students are quiet good, some of the events happen there are good. Overall academic initiatives are also good.

Dislikes

High politics... I didn't got promotion even after performing well, receive awards and participate in almost every activity for straight 3 year. No appreciation at all. Very biased system. And the worst part is instead of teaching students which should be primary focus, they ask to go for event duties every month by sacrificing your Saturday as well as sundays in almost every month.
