The only thing to like about MIT VGS Group is that they have spent a lot of money on Branding & Marketing and the benefit to the employees is that the On-Paper value of the Experience Certificate is much higher than any other institute. The Work Environment is pathetic and inhuman. Ideally it is suggested to join this Organization and Work for just 1 year, get the Market Value increased and leave the job to find a better job. There is not even a single thing which can be liked about the whole MIT VGS Group whether you work in a Teaching, Non Teaching, Admin, Vice Principal or even Principal Position....Read More

Follow the Checklist;
1. Do not Work there for more than a year if by mistake you got selected
2. If you are willing to work there make an arrangement of at least 6 months of your salary before hand (You do not get paid on time, many a times it gets delayed over 2 months also)
3. Take a health & medical insurance for yourself because they will not provide any insurance and will continue to harass & put a lot of mental pressure
4. There is no training, no team work, no job security, no career growth, no timely salary, no appraisal for years, no proper place to sit, Zero innovation, No Work Life Balance. It is a hub of exploitation
