Job Security, working culture, very bad Company policies & management. ( Example1- only 7 CL per year) after that deducted salery) & Example2- after one year or after comfirmation letter dedut your PF from your sallery its very bad ploicies any Employer work for one year for inhachment of sallery but hear after one year deducte sallery ith luffing thing.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
