No job security. No work life balance. Everyday minimum 12 hrs of work. Everything is high priority. Multiple people will set the priority of the work. Always bring resources with no skills. Currently hire and fire is going on. Many women employees struggling to manage the work and office. Even at 11 PM they are in calls.
