I m working with miraj group last 4 and half years. Good staffs and team management. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good hike.. and i hope salary will increase this year very well.

First Cinema I have seen Ruling by IT Department. They don't know to revert Via email Specially Sandeep Singh IT who is handling North Unit he very Rude with All the Operation staff . The worst thing is no one is taking Action against Him. Always Write Igostick E-mail. Always demotivate Operation Staff .. Coming from a corporate background, I find this organization very warm and welcoming. I have met great colleagues who share the same mindset as me. This place offers ample opportunities for professional learning and growth.

Dislikes

I appreciate working here, but i believe the current 9 hour workday could be reduced to 7-8 hours. This adjustment would provide more time for personal development and selfcare, ultimately enhancing overall productivity and well being.

I like working in Miraj cinema because i have been promoted from time to time in company and talent is valued here and the boss is very familiar. he always takes the team along with him and supports them in good and bad times. along with the growth of the company he always want to growth of the team as well we don't get this in any other company ....

Here decisions are taken a little early ,sometimes where we can save money unnecessary expenses are increased in the company and when the company faces financial problems the lower team is reduced which helps us in moving forward we need to take a call on that .

Worst organisation I had worked with very pathetic experience. No work life balance. People sitting in head office thinks they are superior and always looking down upon location level staff. No appreciation for the staff. No timeline for salary. I would like to share that , why I would like to work at Miraj Cinemas, because the HOD'S of Miraj Cinemas are very understanding and supportive.

The dislike about the Miraj Cinemas is only that the Salary we never gets on time between 1st to 7th of first week of the month starting, due to this I think we have to face major challenges.
