Worst place to work.....there is no coordination between the employees specially in ortho department . And all work there only for the incentives... Even tho I worked there for 5 months and left only because of my health condition but not to join in any other organization ...I dint get my releaving Letter also and if I ask HR says it's a protocol just to give me releaving letter not my salary or anything just a releaving Letter which would have been very useful to me ...... Specially I would highlight jannice ( manager of ortho ) who is worst manger I have ever seen....she doesn't have any empathy or sympathy . She will insult u in front of everyone including patients and doctors ...if u don't know language no one will be there to encourage you , you will only be insulted and make you so discomfort to work there .even tho we complain thr will be no response from anyone... I really hated to work in such a organisation whr we will not be happy with anyone .... neither employees....niether security nor anyone, all are very harsh and rude .... specially if you don't know Tamil language I would recommend them not to join in miot...Read More
