I got an opportunity to serve for the nation actually. It was more like submitting a thorough detailed project report to the Ministry. I gotta work with fellow civil engineering, architecture, urban disigning students.

It's not like a conventional internship, so there were a few who were not genuinely interested.

The downside is the that here the job of peon is also given to the Data Entry Operator.

I have worked on site supervision of construction sites, preparation of presentation plans for the proposal to discuss in the meeting and to look after the subordinate administrative staff in addition to my duties etc.etc.

It's being a wonderful and humble experience being setting and administrating entire city ! On times it's being a challenging task to implement most important plans and policies with a sensitivity towards the urban poor and society as a center.

I would rather define it as a gigantic and unpredictable and a fast evolving system where in implementation of town management policies has multifarious external factors which needs to be examination and worth addressing ,so that the expected outcome can be achieved and the living standards of the society and social upliftman of one and all can be ensured.
