anuual performance appraisal system is subjective and biased.needs to be made objective and performance based

It is good and peaceful place to work. But don't think to can get away without working and just passing your time here like people imagine working in a government organisation. About salary it is fine for a normal lifestyle. Best part about working here is the extra curricular activities you get to participate in like sports ( cricket, bodybuilding, Powerlifting, hockey, athletics etc), music, play and more. In the end it's your decision what you want in life more money and more work or ok money and ample time for yourself as well. Your Travelling by train will be sorted here as you are a Railway employee....Read More

Promotion aspects are low here, salary not like you get in MNCs. Learning depends on you how much you want, noone will here hold your hand and teach you things.

Work Details

Best thing is you will stay in Delhi all your life, good for People who are from Delhi or nearby place. I have enjoyed traveling in train by paying just 1/3rd of the fare. Rest I have already explained above.
