It was very good experience to work in moh,i have learned many things by Continue nursing education programs regularly,i used to update my knowledge regarding Nursing practice,and professional dignity was there,good team support in patient care..there were good nursing supervisor,nursing standards very nice...etc...

Some times work pressure was more...

MOH is a government organization running all hospitals in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has its own limitations and a few problems. However I was responsible for jobs which no other person was aware and that I was respected and having an upper hand.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Only at a later stage when the number of Saudi Employees grew , the things changed to a negative But for me it was always okay. I got a good treatment from the Director General and other higher ups for my efficiency and work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
