a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

It depends on where will you be located. If you have a good head of department, good teamwork, approachable hospital director, any limitation in the workplace will be acceptable. No place is perfect except a heaven in the after life.

Dislikes

Too much of paperwork, administration issue, limited budget and did not have much voice to speak up any problem arise will reduce the motivation to excel further

Work Details

At the moment, the team has limited skill of knowledge, the hospital has limited resources and budget. Hence , it will be difficult to work with maximum capacity.
