Working standards are good.. Work time, overall work satisfaction is good. The problem is with paperwork for joining as well as any official works, take lot of effort and time. Office staffs may or may not be very helpful.. But of discrimination on nationality basis

It's horrible.. manpower company take more than 60 % of your salry and .. and no salry increase even if you work for 10. Yr... No medical insurence and and benefits when you leav the job...
