It was good society where i got so many experiences and office administration as iam working as Block head. I love to journey in my life which i got so many chances in the rural as well as city, this society but the owner needs to make security for the employees.

This project only for five year's. It's not enough to meet all objectives and fulfill livelihood activities and financial inclusion. This types of project need for rural people in mission mood or 15year.

It was honour to work with NERLP. As a Block Project Coordinator, my work is to lead my Team in Block Level and Report all the activity to my Authority. All the component has to be completed in time with my team. We have tried our best to do.
