Very good working environment where a person gel well with his team. A good plateform to learn a lot, good training shapes an individual personality well. A trained soldier always loyal and dedicated to his duties. He works with smile and can work without much supervision. He is always punctual, meticulous, honest and trustworthy athis job. Job security is an unique feature in Army Service. Good salary and medical facility in defense gives high satisfaction and better living standard. It also provide skill oriented training which enable resettlement after retirement. I think every person should be like a Defence person....Read More

It is a routine work which is not having variety. It is not boring but being a set pattern some doesn't give satisfaction. It is also challenging some time and full of excitement.
