Worst work culture and no work life balance. HR management don't no how to handle the employees and company culture. Very few leaves and no work from homes. You will be exhausted working here and didn't get the credit for the same. Very strict working hours. You will have to seated in the office till 6 whatever is the situation. Worst office space. 1. Poor management - both in human resources and projects. 2. Hugely variable salary. In-hand amount is 30-40% less than advertised ctc. 3. Very few leaves - 10 for an year. 4. Ridiculous work from home policy. Only 3 allowed in a quarter. 5. As a software engineer, you will be working the equivalent of 5 roles here (Sales, BA, QA, Tester, Developer).
