It's a good place to work. Management and my colleagues are smart and intelligent. Minimalist strongly believes in values of Customer First and being Transparent. As a CSE, it gives me a lot of clarity and allows me to help our customers better. Work is not micro-managed and people are not pushed to meet their daily / weekly targets. In fact there are no number based targets :)

When I go to the office every day, it is because I want to. I have never forced myself. The environment and the people work collaboratively. Also, each and every department is very helpful if you need assistance. The no1 thing is also the behavior of the people around me, it is always uplifting and graceful.

The plant is very well bilt and the company follows high quality standards. I get to work on products & formulations that are otherwise not accesible in other organisations. Projects are openly disscused and everyone's opinion is taken which makes you feel good.

Love working here. The level of efforts that go into product development is mind blowing. The company and the R&D Head cares a lot about every single the products. It feels so good to work on products that are really effective and loved by consumers.
