Unfair behavior by regional manager 1- If u have good buttering techniques u like this company 2- If you passoniate or honest for their work they does not value. 3- buttering person are more valueable instead of hardworking employee who gives our 100% to run the plant smoth. 4- Regional manager are always having problems while you go home on weekend. 5 - Company given 2 days off for work life balance but regional managers says why you are going home on Friday evening. 6- they does not have any issue with buttering person but for other employees they have clarifying for everything....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
