Average... Only job security... If you are engaged to storage project then its good. Its best for people who are happy with their so far achievement and dont want to grow. if you can work on weekends, if you can work 22hours a day you can definitely expect 4%-6% hike...

Dislikes

Career opportunities are less, growth in terms of professional and personal skill development is terrible.. Yes they do have plenty of onsites but its for the luckiest people who made their bosses happy or you are in semi or life sciences project... Don't expect cutting edge technologies here.... Legacy stuffs are just copied and pasted to create new product.. Reusability indeed.

Quite good. During the initial times might feel difficult but after you knowing about job responsibilities and product knowledge we feel good and interesting to learn new things.

You will get recognised and company provides you benifits like good hike, bonus, spot awards, Cab and even free meals for those who work in project and helped a lot in running the project during the critical times. Management too supports them

Sometimes I felt that task allocation should be equal to all team members. I too felt that allocation of team members in projects should be based on technical competence - I felt company has very limited project but definitely a good place to work if company focuses on getting more projects. This limited projects sometimes worry about job security even though they provide u time to upskill

Working culture is good. Few times it's little hectic and few times no much work. Definitely people here will encourage if you really want to learn new technologies and share the knowledge to them. - One of the best part is flexible work hour
