The job is interesting. At the beginning its was quite a bit struggle to understand the concept of personalized learning but over the period of time you get a hang over it. There is. Huge scope of learning and enhancement of skills.

accounts is unprofessional, incapable and inefficient. they never reply to mails, messages. Never respond how much ever mails you send. Very disturbing decorum in office due to continuous chitchat in high pitch. No scope of self career growth, learning and development

Everything . Favoritism happens at Mindseed. Archita chatterjee who is a cluster manager does favoritism and is very bossy . u cant have an opinion there if u are liked by the so called cluster manager.
