Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no appreciation for those who contribute significantly. The leadership is completely lost. Managers are more concerned with politics than actually leading their teams.

Dislikes

Team dynamics are poor; collaboration is discouraged, leading to isolation. I can't recommend this company anymore; their reputation has plummeted since the pandemic started. Some departments operate in silos, causing unnecessary friction. The lack of transparency from leadership is alarming; it breeds distrust. Management is ineffective and communication is a mess.
