No work culture. No Process. Very Bias & Always supporting South Lobby & relative employees

Work Details

Liaising with client. Understanding Requirement n proposing best UX solution.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Mindgate and Tech Mahindra

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
