I recently went through the hiring process with this Company, and I must say that it was a complete waste of my time and effort. Despite successfully clearing two rounds of interviews and even completing a thorough HR discussion, the lack of communication and unresponsiveness from the company left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After the HR discussion, I eagerly awaited an update from the company, but to my dismay, no communication was received. When I attempted to reach out and inquire about the status of my application, my efforts were met with silence. It was incredibly disheartening to be left hanging without any indication of whether I was still being considered for the position or if the process had come to a halt. I understand that the hiring process can sometimes be unpredictable, and delays can occur. However, the complete lack of communication and disregard for my time and effort is unacceptable.
