Small scale company and working in High pressure and high work load at client side. It's difficult to balance personal life and corporate life.

always reliable on Client requirement and less amount of support provided to employees. To much issue out there.

Pay is great and they have nice products. Bonus and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Growth of employees is not prioritized, work pressure is more due to ad-hoc unplanned activities. All websites blocked learning is difficult in this environment. Appraisal process is not transparent some people without putting much efforts gets same appraisal as the person putting most of the efforts.

No work life balance they will ask you to work on week ends during UAT testing period if you are in integration dev team . or else you.just work on week ends if you are in any other team core /testing. They basically have school culture. Will ask you not to go outside for break for more than 10 min. They ll ask you to work on independence day . even if you have engagement they will call you.
