This organization should be considered only as a last resort. They don't provide legal services but run a school for politics, which they also struggle with. They manipulate employees' careers at will, encouraging them to speak up only to retaliate when they do. Senior Managers, including AVPs, are immature and unprofessional. The litigation and cyber departments are run like authoritarian regimes, with managers making derogatory, adult and personal comments to employees of all genders. There are managers like Vidyesh Sabne, Sagar Phalphale and Suryad Pai, who have taken the spiderman's dialogue "With great power, comes great responsibility" very seriously. However, the applicability of this limits to a few people only and not for the entire team. Obviously, the people who party with these people. There is another manager Dipti Gosavi keep who keeps on asking the female employees to get married, go to gym, have relationships. Another manager Dipti Taluka makes all the personal and double meaning comments on the floor to male employees like us. The company has more managers than review staff, with some managers showing favouritism and others making inappropriate comments. These managers can terminate employees or put them on performance improvement plans without warning. Both male like us and female employees face targeted harassment and unfair treatment. The HR department is inefficient and unresponsive, often delaying the issuance of relieving letters beyond the promised 45 days. Many of my friends were impacted by this in the organisations they joined and now when I am looking for a change, I am also afraid if my joining in the new organisation, after completing the notice period here, will be successful or not. Most of the employees here currently are under the same fear because the management and HR shows that they listen. But they don’t. There was significant micromanagement and no emphasis on work-lifebalance, making it challenging to maintain personal well-being. Additionally, I observed favoritism towards employees who had been with the company longer or engaged in flattery, which created an unfair and discouraging environment for others.
