Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

As a designer you are involved from concept till the modification in production . There is interaction with all departments .Get to learn a lot .Design , development,prototype testing and production are done in one premises which gives you a lot of exposure.

Dislikes

Disorganised .Last minute requirement arises all of a sudden. Sometimes can be difficult for worklife balance.
