The funny egoistic leaders. The leaders especially makes a barrier between you and the founders for some sort of hidden reason, its hard to deciper the web like thinking patterns of these people so be prepared to be on your toes. There is no basic moral and values which makes it hard to work here as the only thing the founders care,is about making money. WFH and half days are a BIG joke. Well they pay you money, I guess, that's the best part after they are done draining every ounce of life and passion from your body and rendering you a complete zombie for their pocket-stuffing purposes.

I certainly do not hate how they cancel wfh for entire months without prior notice, crushing your personal time and making you work 14 hour shifts. And I also definitely don't hate how they force you to work Sundays when they feel like you're coming up for air during your drowning (in work) session. Among the other great things about MiM Essay, the chronically broken lift and the spiteful team leaders are two things which really made my experience memorable to say the least. There is nothing such to like in Mim essay. Poor Work Environment. You will get Saturday as a half day (Wfh) which is a big joke for sales support team.
