1. CEO behaviour Mr. Prasun Sarkar, he is a type of mad guy. All the time he will sing Only one song That is '"China and alibaba'" like he is Only the person who built alibaba and alibaba became successful. He used to insulate all the employees in floor. He will give all the example of his family members like they are world best employee rest all people in the world is fool and idiots. 2. Managements(all members are there own life focused) 3. Company culture is very bad. You can not work in there environment. 4. No benefit like PF, madicals, travel, no flaxible timings ( without 4hours overtime work u can not go home, if you went Next day morning you will get nicely scolded From CEO and reporting leaders. 5. This is one of the worst company in Bangalore. CEO is mad and unprofessional guy. He don't have mind. He is using all the employees 24/7 and not giving any overtime as well. In the founder team few more person are there all are like a cartoon. VP Manash he is a character less person. He is calling to the female employee for movies and he is flatting with them in office. Another joker is Alok Ranjan he is a fraud and criminal kind guy. He is going lots of nonsense in office to get impressed with Mr. Prasun Sarkar for getting more salary and promotion. He is the guy who is abusing the employees. Some more people are there in office who is showing they aren't carring for the employees but they are only the culprits. Mr. Prasun sarakar you have the problem with the employees they should not talk to ex employees of the company or they should not talk previous company name, They why you are always talking ur previous company and employee. You are demoraliseing the employees and criticising for their work. Then you are not able to drive your own company? As you are always telling Alibaba became successful because of you and you earn billian of dollers in b2b business then why you are not getting 100 b2c order perday even? I don't like anything milmila everything is worst . They are cheaters
What to say .. I have worked for this company 1 and half year from starting I'm working for this company I have gave my 200% for this company and they cheated my .. I know everything about this company how they are cheating their customers. They will show the branded products in images but when you received that product it will be Chinese product with name of brand it's not 1st copy its Chinese product.. they have lots of Chinese Sellers . Milmila onboarding the Chinese seller and fooling the customers. And more important this is in the name of global they are cheating the customers to sending the Chinese products. Worst culture. Management is also not good. CEO always say that he will build the carrier and without reason they are firing the employee. Don't trust they are cheaters. No benefit nothing.. No PF. No OT. They use to force the employee to work extra but they don't pay for that extra hrs. The company location is very dangerous and they force girls to work extra time even after 8 also they don't provide transport to girls they should walk alone .
