Teammates here are good, I like working with them, and other people in the organisation as well are good and very helpful. I love the work-life balance here (though, travel and location is a big concern). Timings here are flexible.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good and also growth is slow. They don't track the performance of contractual employee, hence, I believe their policies are not very clear to the employee about getting permanent. Location is too far and modes of transport there is very less, I'm time bounded and totally dependent on company's shuttle which they are providing from Metro to Office and vice-versa....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
