Company's products are excellent and of international quality and superior efficacy. They have excellent talent in producing herbal extracts of high value at reasonable cost. Salary / Appraisal is a joke for the company and the management itself don't know how to deal with their products and people... People with high talent and knowledge seems enemy to them. Very high level to very low level politics is adopted there... Everybody thinks they are good salesman with zero science delivery capacity. Don't know the subjective strategies... Don't have plans to reach to subjects.

It's boring , no intimacy, no friendly environment as well as no body wants to hear you except for searching your minute mistakes. Once did and you gone in blackmailing schedules.
