Work culture and environment is very poor, management is also very poor. Salary not in time . for conveyance and expenses you have to fight with management then they will process. HR never picks your calls. I worked with around 8 companies but it is the worst company i worked.

The company does not follow any labour laws. There is no holiday rule. No Holiday calendar. HR team is CEO’s wife so dont expect any result from the HR team too. No off on Saturday. If possible the aged uncles will make you work on Sunday as well. The babu and big boss culture is still present out there in the company. There are oldaged uncles sitting for last 24 years who have no idea or does not want to know what is going on in the market.
