These people just play with your hope. Firstly they assign you and ask for your all document and when you put your full concentration on work then after 5 day a girl call you named MANISHA and told you that we just observe your skill, inspite of your hard work they terminate you without giving any reason. They are so careless even they don't clear your doubts during training. This is a startup company and full of careless and immature people. Don't waste your time in all this. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
