There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Mentors are pathetic. Few of them are still nice but company keep on changing your mentors. Instead of explaining the task they only shout at you and they give you extra tasks as well which you have to do in your free time after completing your 9 hours training 11-8. And for doing all this they don't even pay you.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
