No work life balance for those working in Center Management Role. Doesn't care about the student just focused on money and delays in giving service to students... If you want hike join in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore center cause the package is good but for Kolkata the package is half compared to other Metro Cities. Policy changes as per their requirement.. No appreciation for Kolkata center even after you acheive 80% target... Higher management will treat you like and will tell you that you are loss making center.
