HR fires people who work sincerely for silly reasons and does not pay them. Manager plays favorites. They don't treat their employees well. Within 6 months around 18 interns resigned. Constantly threatened of being fired. Management decisions are illogical. Too much formalities for taking leave. They are never effective in maintaining client communication. Strict timings. There is nothing interested to work in milekal , I didn't like anything, management is not perfect,what they tell in offer letter but what they gave to us is totally fake. Management Is not that much supportive.

You can take breaks during working hours to go grab a coffee/tea outside the office. Main reason for that is they don't provide anything in the office.

Very unprofessional, HR never responds to employ concerns. Everytime any employee brought up issues with the management decisions, they are immediately terminated. Also they never pay salary on time. Many times, the salary was credited after the 15th of the month. The quality of work they do is considered very poor to the standards of the industry.

Dislikes are not much. They are very strict in timings. Managers don't like employees to sit in office beyond working hours. They expect everyone to finish their work on time.
