Hi.. I am Amey Burambe & I have been worked with my company Milaan Laboratories (India) Pvt.Ltd. Kamothe , Navi Mumbai. for 4 years. It is located at kamothe area of navi mumbai. approximately 5 kms To travel from Panvel. I worked here as a store operator in general plant 2. while my employmentperiod i have got my teammates (Suhas Gaikwad , Sandeep Padmane , Kiran Patil , Nitesh Thakur , Anil Patil , Pravin ghavale , Vilas Pavaskar )who were really helpful , hardworking even they were friendly peoples,we have worked hard together for our company's best. In my company many peaoples are working happily because of the long time job sequrity.There is yearly appraisal based upon the employee performance. salary comes On time. There are weekly trainings are scheduled for every department of the establishment.there are many cultural programs are followed in the company and due to friendly climate all employees and seniors and head seniors also participate in it . My company Providing provisional funds as well as with salary , that is the work life balance. Work environment is very good. all the employees are working together and in decipline....Read More

As per my experience there is nothing to dislike , sometimes there is workload while the company audits but no anything to dislike because even in audit period Not only employee but also the officers and head seniors are work together.

I have worked In our establishment as a store operator in general plant 2 (GP 2 stores) . I dispensed many raw material batches for the production. i also have done loading and unloading the material.

The work pressure is very high, i don't get any support from my seniors/department heads. They do not value an individuals strenghts. There is no job security.
