Work life balance no working for long hours except during the close. A nice bunch of Cooperative,Supportive and understanding team mates(PS:those at the same level and subordinates ) at least a majority of them.

USE and THROW culture at its best! You would have built and streamlined the process from the scratch but the moment the manager is confident of the process stability your days are numbered. You would be given hints to leave, Classic use and thrown example. The company prefers freshers/ those with minimal experience /those without professional qualifications like CA/CWA. Professionals can join if you are willing to compromise on your self respect and morale. Favoritism. As long as you are in the good books of your supervisor you can get off with average or below average performance. Irrespective of your performance be ready for being humiliated and being personally attacked if your supervisor does not like you for no fault of yours.
