Politics, no punctual shift time, one in a month you can leave o time, and that too without getting extra paid , low salary pay scale , the people who were kept on hold due to lockdown were not given a official letter tht ou have been kept on hold or later even removed due to covid ... Even after emailing to HR and keeping the owner in cc they don't reply ..

It was a good experience. I have learned a lot and have grown a lot in Milaaya . Gayatri was always helpful and understanding. We had a lot of freedom for decision making . If we need to grow and learn it’s a good place to work .

I was doing internship in milaaya embroideries. It was a nice and helpfull time for me i am thankfull to milaaya for gave me nice opportunity in our company so many things i learned knowledge of embroidery, knowledge of fabric.

The staff in every department is super skilled. people are very cooperative. boss (Gayatri khanna ) is very friendly and helpful always. beginners will learn a lot and gain very good experience.
