There are multiple reasons to dislike them: 1- Rupak Singh thinks that he owns employees who himself is a salaried person with zero level of respect for coworkers. He is abusive, rude, does body shaming, gets personal every time he gets a chance!! In short he is a the most pathetic person around at the office!! 2- This company lays of employees without any notice, paper or any prior notification. They lay down people on a whim. No warning no paper work. They had appointed people not suitable to fulfill the position. Name to be taken , Rupak Singh ( so call manager ) does not know how to manage the work, task , shift and provide assistance to maintain work life balance. They take you on a trip every year (around December). Not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Not much to learn here. It's an e-commerce business. You work for pet websites that sell pet medicines and supplies. The scope of work is limited. You may get bored very easily.

COVID-19 Impact was there on business but not on our work and salaries. Thankful to work here.
